Returns & Exchanges

• Apparel & Blankets: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable).

• Mugs & Tumblers: For health and safety reasons, these items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom items

• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue store credit.

Process

1. Email us at alpcustoms@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our end.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus shipping costs) once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
